Assistant Manager - Assurance - National - ASU - FAAS - Financial& AccountingAdv - We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, assurance, or a related field. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct credit risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses. Design and implement operational risk management frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain databases for loss data collection and analysis. Assist in designing and implementing comprehensive fraud risk management frameworks. Build statistical models for credit risk assessment and develop risk registers. Ensure compliance with Basel III Pillar 1 framework, including capital adequacy ratio calculations. Develop detailed ICAAP reports, articulating risk appetite, capital adequacy projections, and scenario analysis outcomes for submission to senior management and regulators. Assist in ensuring compliance with Basel III Pillar 1 framework, including capital adequacy ratio calculations by calculating Common Equity Tier 1 (CET1), Additional Tier 1 (AT1), and Tier 2 Capital components, ensuring correct treatment of capital instruments, deductions (e.g., goodwill, deferred tax assets) as per regulatory guidelines. Assist in design and enhancement of risk models, including credit scoring and rating frameworks to optimize lending decisions. Develop risk appetite statements with clearly defined limits, sectoral exposures, and concentration risks, ensuring a proactive approach to credit risk mitigation while supporting business growth.### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting, assurance, or a related field. Possess strong knowledge of credit risk, operational risk management, and fraud risk management. Experience in building statistical models for credit risk and developing risk registers is required. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver insightful solutions. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Be able to demonstrate technical excellence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
