Assistant Manager - Asset Commissioning (Solar)

Purpose/Objective

Commissioning of Power Transformers, IDT, HT & LT Switchgear at various solar projects

Key Responsibilities of Role

"• Should have deep knowledge on Commissioning of Power Transformers, IDT, HT & LT Switchgear • Should posses understanding of cable terminations, testing standards • Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved commissioning SOP, schematic drawings, project specifications, and all applicable standards. • Testing or checking the healthiness of Power Transfomer, IDT, HT & LT Switchgear • Documentation of all checklists, test reports and providing monthly MIS • Coordination with OEM, Vendors for resolution of technical issues • Coordination with PGCIL/NRLDC for data validation • Ensure smooth and timely commissioning of project through coordination with all relevant stakeholders. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for commissioning activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations . • Close track of commissioning activies on daily basis • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the commissioning team " Key Stakeholders - Internal: Direct Supervisors & other Department Leaders Respective Head O&M Respective Site/Cluster Head Projects Key Stakeholders - External: OEM Government Regulatory Bodies Grid Authority Consultants Testing Laboratories Contractors
