Technical Skills Required

1. Candidate must have hands on experience on TH Process

2. Ability to work with people for developing conviction for improvements.

3. Good analytical and decision-making skills.

4. Interpersonal effectiveness, Good People interaction.

5. should have good level of knowledge in mass manufacturing and process improvements, daily ppm monitoring and actions accordingly.

Job Description

1. Running Improvement projects that improve line quality performance to ensure that each process stage operates at a high process capability.

2. Identifying projects to improve the quality of components used on the line.

3. Deploy simplified and robust processes in manufacturing to achieve zero defects.

4. Improve productivity (output/head) and production (above rated capacity)

5. Reduce direct cost (material and labor)

6. Eliminate the need of Repairing

7. Train & mentor line staff

8. Identify areas of improvement and implement changes

9. Monitor and report on Production performance

10.Manage Inventory and supplies for the assembly line

11.To Implement the Production plans.
