Role & responsibilities

Understand and manage various audit processes, interpret results, and implement action plans accordingly. Maintain accurate reporting to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Ensuring smooth and efficient processes, including picking, packing, and coordination of goods.
Addressing all challenges that may arise during the order fulfillment process and maintaining product integrity.

Leadership skills to manage and guide a large team effectively.
Collaborate with diverse teams, including warehouse staff, management, and other departments, fostering a cohesive and cooperative work environment.
Effectively manage and guide a large team of at least 15-18 on-roll staff and up to 200 personnel, inspiring and motivating them to achieve collective goals.
Prior experience in E-waybill processing and adaptation at handling related documentation.
Strong knowledge of issue resolution techniques and quality control procedures.
Handling documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
