Job Title: International BPO Executive (US/UK Accent) Location: Mumbai Company : Boston Institute of Analytics Department: Admissions & Sales Job Summary: The Student Services & Sales Associate at Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA) plays a frontline role in driving course enrollments and supporting student acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from calling leads and scheduling counseling sessions to following up and closing enrollments. This role demands high communication skills, sales confidence, and a consultative approach to counseling prospective students. (Must have a UK or US accent) Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Conversion: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest via web forms, digital campaigns, and referrals. Clearly communicate the value proposition of BIAs programs, certifications, and career outcomes. Understand the goals and needs of each lead and position the most relevant course offerings. Build trust and urgency by handling objections effectively and sharing success stories or career support insights. Maintain detailed lead tracking and updates in CRM tools to monitor each leads movement through the funnel. Counseling Session Coordination: Schedule and confirm one-on-one sessions between prospective students and in-house academic counselors. Follow up after counseling sessions to address any remaining questions or concerns and move leads closer to enrollment. Keep counselors informed on student readiness and support needed for conversion. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads across multiple touchpoints (calls, WhatsApp, email). Re-engage previously interested leads with new program updates, offers, or success case studies. Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and student-focused. Performance & Reporting: Achieve weekly/monthly lead contact and enrollments. Prepare basic reports for daily outreach activity, lead quality, and conversion insights. Share on-ground feedback to marketing and admissions teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality. Team Collaboration: Work closely with counselors, marketing, and academic operations to ensure aligned messaging and process. Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM tools. Qualifications: 1-3+ years of experience in sales, tele-counseling, or BPO environments, preferably for international (US/UK) markets. Strong sales and persuasion skills - ability to convert interest into action. Fluent in English(US/UK Accent) with excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable working with CRM systems, lead dashboards, and reporting tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping students make informed career decisions.

Youll be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for counseling students via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings , while converting inquiries into confirmed enrollments through a structured sales process. Key Responsibilities: Lead Calling & Qualification Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing, partnerships, and walk-ins. Understand the student’s background, goals, and eligibility for the CFA course. Qualify and prioritize leads based on interest, urgency, and readiness to enroll. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or education B2C sales preferably CFA test prep courses (CFA/finance/edtech background preferred). Skills & Traits: Strong English and communication skills Target-driven, persuasive, and relationship-focused. Excellent objection handling, follow-up discipline, and closing skills . Comfort with CRM and lead management systems. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Additional certifications in sales or finance education are a plus. The role demands courtroom experience, deep knowledge of procedural law, and the ability to handle both strategic advisory and hands-on litigation . Key Responsibilities: Civil Litigation & Case Management Handle end-to-end litigation for civil recovery suits, defamation claims, contractual disputes, and related matters . Draft and finalize plaints, written statements, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, applications, interim reliefs, etc. Prepare evidence and examination briefs; manage filings and procedural compliance across district and high courts. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, external counsel, and law enforcement as needed. Track all active litigation and ensure timely hearings and submissions. Legal Research & Drafting Conduct in-depth legal research on civil procedure , contract law, criminal law, and case precedents . Draft legal notices, replies, settlement agreements, and pre-litigation correspondence with a focus on enforceability and clarity. Create legal strategy notes for internal stakeholders and management. Assist in responding to statutory notices, court summons, and regulatory inquiries. Support internal teams (HR, Ops, Finance) on legal queries and escalations. Qualifications: LL.B. from a recognized law school; LL.M. is a plus. Licensed to practice law in India (Sanad is mandatory). 5-7 years of litigation experience , with a proven record in civil suits, recovery cases, defamation matters, and contract disputes . Comfortable with drafting legal documents independently and representing matters before various courts. Proficient in legal research tools like SCC Online, Manupatra , or equivalent. Strong command over English and legal drafting. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. High professional ethics and attention to detail. Additional: Experience working with education, media, or tech clients . Exposure to the criminal side of civil matters like bounced checks (138 NI Act) or IT Act violations is an advantage. Working knowledge of intellectual property , consumer protection , or arbitration .
