We are looking for an Assistant Manager – AMC to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts, service planning, client coordination and service team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, customer satisfaction and AMC renewals. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: AMC execution, renewal & follow-up Service scheduling & assigning technicians Customer complaint handling & timely resolution Material/Spare requirement coordination Preparing service reports (Excel) Client relationship & contract renewal support 🎯 Requirements: Graduate/Diploma (Technical preferred) 2–5 years experience in AMC / Service Coordination Good communication & customer handling skills Strong knowledge of Excel & reporting
