Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC programs for Refrigerator and Washing Machine manufacturing lines.
• Hands-on experience in Siemens make PLC, HMI, Servo motors and Drives.
  • Design and configure HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens for operator control and monitoring. • Troubleshoot and debug PLC/HMI/Servo Drive logics to identify and resolve issues to maintain OEE
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations teams regarding Automation, Scanners, Hydraulic systems, Pneumatic systems, ERP, Third party integrations, Robots, SPMs, Quality equipment, Vision system etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC technology & able to implement Low cost automation solutions. • Create and maintain documentation for PLC programs, including program logic, wiring diagrams, and user manuals. • Assist in the installation and commissioning of PLC systems, ensuring proper integration with other equipment. • Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and procure necessary hardware and software for PLC projects.
• Responsible for Energy saving projects, automation Best practices, Process improvement, manpower trainings etc.

Requirements

• Full time Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram • Proficiency in programming software such as Siemens TIA Portal, SIMATIC Step 7, SIMATIC WinCC, SINAMICS Starter.
• Candidate with hands-on experience in Industry 4.0 systems and their Communication protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug PLC programs and hardware components.
• Candidate must agree for rotational shift of 12 hours day or 12hours night.
