Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service for air export consignments.

2. Handle documentation for air exports including airway bills, commercial invoices, and regulatory compliance documents.

3. Involved in pricing strategies for air export shipments and quote management.

4. Coordinate with airlines, agents, and customers for smooth operations of air exports.

5. Ensure compliance with international regulations (IATA, customs) for air cargo.

6. Monitor and track shipments, resolve operational issues.

7. Collaborate with sales and operations teams for business growth and customer satisfaction.

8. Manage team for efficient handling of air export processes.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding focusing on Air Exports.

2. Strong experience in Customer Service, Documentation, Pricing, and Operations in air exports.

3. Good knowledge of IATA regulations, airway bill handling, and customs clearance procedures.

4. Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

5. Proficient in managing documentation and operational aspects of air cargo.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

7. Graduate degree (preferably in Logistics/International Trade/Commerce).
