Job Description

Manage sales & fulfillment operations, including order processing, documentation,tracking, and providing operational support to the International Sales team.
Ensure timely order intimation and coordination with cross-functional teams to enable smooth order execution.
Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs and standard workflows,defining TATs, and supporting adherence and continuous process improvement.
Coordinate with Logistics team on stuffing plans, invoicing, and shipping documentation,and with Finance / SAP and Commercial teams for pricing, order-to-invoice correctness,and audit support to Sales Department.
Prepare and share regular and ad-hoc reports, track execution metrics.

Skill Set Expected

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Good stakeholder coordination and communication / documentation skills.

• Data analysis and reporting with a research/analytics mindset.

• Strong process orientation and SOP ownership, including documentation and workflow

creation.
