Job Description

  • Manage sales & fulfillment operations, including order processing, documentation,tracking, and providing operational support to the International Sales team.
  • Ensure timely order intimation and coordination with cross-functional teams to enable smooth order execution.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining SOPs and standard workflows,defining TATs, and supporting adherence and continuous process improvement.
  • Coordinate with Logistics team on stuffing plans, invoicing, and shipping documentation,and with Finance / SAP and Commercial teams for pricing, order-to-invoice correctness,and audit support to Sales Department.
  • Prepare and share regular and ad-hoc reports, track execution metrics.

Skill Set Expected

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

• Good stakeholder coordination and communication / documentation skills.

• Data analysis and reporting with a research/analytics mindset.

• Strong process orientation and SOP ownership, including documentation and workflow

creation.
