Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Co-ordination with landlord to ensure all equipment's like HVAC, DG, Elevators are functioning smoothly.
Optimization of cost for utilities like electricity & water without effecting the operations
Should monitor and review day to day energy & water consumption
To undertake all the MEP related Repair and Maintenance activity
Track all the MEP related utilities Operation & Maintenance
Coordinate with OEM & AMC vendors for all type of troubleshooting related to AC Units Hi Wall, Cassette Units & UPS Battery bank and Fire Fighting System
Ensure 100% up time for critical assets like UPS battery bank Air Conditioning for Server & UPS Room
Maintain Complaint Tracker
Check and reply to employee e mail addressing concerns with regards to Admin Department
Coordinate with landlord for all the concerns which are related to Common Area and utilities
Should be a team player and have basic knowledge of House keeping / Soft Services

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum experience of 3+ years in Administration ( Technical )
Preferred Qualification - Diploma in vocational either electrical or mechanical
6 Days working ( Alternate Saturdays off )
Shift Timing - U.S Shifts ( Rotational )
