Assistant Manager Admin

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day working activities of the sales staff and motivating them for performance improvement. Additionally, you will be required to report and share market insights with the management team, evaluate the strategy versus implementation of planning, monitor online working through GPRS-based software, and coordinate with the Accounts, HR, and Dispatch Departments.
