About the Role

• Liaise with the Top Management and their Counselors related to the deals and transactions
• Engage in Live projects impacting major business decisions
• Work alongside Qualified CAs and top professionals in the advisory sector
• Assist in end-to-end execution of transaction advisory assignments, deals, including mergers and acquisitions
• Support Due Diligence processes
• Assist in preparing transaction documents
  

Key Skills:

• Comfortable with MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Excellent Communication - Verbal and written proficiency
• Working knowledge of tax, corporate law, and accounting fundamentals
• Attention to Detail - Precision in research and documentation
