Job Description: HR cum Admin Executive Company: Acculeap Consulting LLP (Acculeap) & its Partners Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 1to 4 years preferred Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR cum Admin Executive to manage the end-to-end HR lifecycle and day-to-day administrative functions for Acculeap and its partners. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a structured work environment, driving people operations, and supporting internal coordination. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer roll-outs, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents. Track attendance, leaves, and manage payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team. Support employee engagement activities and internal communication. Handle statutory compliance related to ESI, PF, and labor laws. Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and process documents. Administration Manage office facilities and vendor relationships. Coordinate with service providers (IT, housekeeping, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations. Organize and maintain physical and digital records and files. Support scheduling of internal meetings, review calendars, and team logistics. Assist leadership in internal coordination for Acculeap and its partners. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR / Marketing / Finance) or related field. 1 to 4 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Kannada is a plus. Excellent communication, problem-solving, logical thinking, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
