Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to lead our Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and accounting principles.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment execution.
Develop and implement effective accounting procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and improve efficiency.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts payable process.
Ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Implement internal controls to safeguard against fraud and errors in payment transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
Experience in managing accounts payable processes, preferably in the hospitality sector.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records.
