Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting functions, assisting in audits, budgeting, and supporting the Finance Manager in strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other relevant laws.
• Coordinate with auditors (internal & statutory) and handle audit requirements.
• Maintain internal control systems and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.
• Support Finance Manager with MIS reports and financial planning activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
• 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP
• Good understanding of Indian taxation and statutory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
