Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance

As an Assistant Manager in Accounts & Finance at Miracle Group of Companies in Kolkata, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the printing & packaging industry. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging, you will showcase strong expertise in taxation (GST, TDS), accounting principles, and internal audit procedures. Your proficiency in maintaining accurate books of accounts using software like Tally and Excel will be crucial for success in this role. Your primary duties will include preparing and analyzing financial statements such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and overseeing statutory return filings. You will lead and guide a small accounts team, ensuring efficient workflow and accuracy while also handling budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance is required, while professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance will be considered advantageous. As a male candidate from Rajasthan, you must be open to relocation and travel as necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and proficiency in English is preferred. Knowledge of Tally software is an added advantage.
