Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Statutory Compliance

  • Manage and ensure timely filing of all statutory returns including

    GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, and TCS

    .
  • Maintain complete documentation and records related to statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

2. FOFO Accounts Management

  • Handle

    FOFO Accounts settlement

    , ensuring accuracy in

    Sales vs Receipt of all Debtors

    .
  • Prepare and maintain reports in

    Tally and filing systems

    .
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of receivables.

3. MRC Incentive Verification

  • Verify

    Incentives

  • Validate incentive eligibility as per company

    Incentive Policy and CRM data

    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

4. Bank Reconciliation

  • Perform

    Bank Reconciliation (8359/BRC)

    on a periodic basis.
  • Maintain proper documentation through

    Tally and other reporting systems

    .
  • Identify and resolve mismatches and ensure timely closure of reconciliation issues.

5. TMC Prepaid Reconciliation & Monthly Closing

  • Conduct

    TMC Prepaid Reconciliation

    on monthly basis.
  • Manage

    monthly expense closing

    and coordinate with relevant departments for accurate financial records.
  • Work extensively on

    Tally Software

    for reconciliation and closing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in

    Commerce/Accounting/Finance

    (Masters preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Accounts, Reconciliation, and Statutory Compliance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Tally ERP / Tally Prime

    .
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory regulations.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
