Job Description

Job Description Primary duties Conduct General Accounting and Book Keeping activities: following and implementing local as well as group guideline, booking of Sales and Purchase Invoices, handle banking transactions, cash flow management, balance reconciliation and adjustment postings. Execute defined steps in accounting and analysis for the same. Adherence of accounting and reporting standards in system and processes as per Indian Accounting Standards and group(IFRS). Perform Monthly Close reporting - IDL upload, Support in monthly CO closing including maintenance and SAP allocations and distribution. Assets Accounting, tagging and physical verification. Act as an Interface for Internal/External Auditors(statutory and tax) Indirect Taxes : monthly/annual GST Return filing per due dates. Direct Taxes(withholding taxes-TDS) - monthly payments and quarterly returns as per due dates. Support, orientation and trainings of department colleagues. Technical Requirements Technical knowledge / education: Bachelor/Master’s Degree – Commerce Post Graduate Diploma in Finance CA/CMA will be an added advantage ( 1 to 2 years of experience ) Professional Experience 5-6 years of those several years in Accounting administration Additional Skills Process oriented thinking Team player Competences, Per DRX Competence Model And Career Path Assertiveness and pro-active approach Independent and responsible work attitude Show more Show less
