Role Summary

Assistant Manager – Academic Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead domestic and international recruitment & onboarding of educators (LINC Fellows)
  • Conduct manpower planning & create resourcing strategies
  • Manage training documentation and onboarding processes
  • Support teacher deployment and contracting
  • Design and implement regular engagement activities for educators
  • Partner with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA/MA in HR (Tier-I preferred)
  • ~5 years’ experience in recruitment/employee engagement (education/academia a plus)
  • Proficiency in ATS tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
