Assistant Manager -Customer Service

Location: Chennai

Exp:7+ Years

Qualifications:

Degree in Textiles / MBA in Marketing or Diploma in Textiles / Handloom Technology

Desirable: Experienced in Textile Industry

Specialization: Knowledge on Textile testing / Sales/Customer Service management.

Follow up with target clients & bring the new business.
Manage team
Prepare a market segmentation after studying the market scenario and potential keeping in mind the Existing clients with whom business being shared by other competitors, lost clients, new clients
Regular visits to the Client and develop partnership building between two organization by giving value addition say Technical advice, helping data collection, providing new updates on technology.
Preparing sales monitoring reports and contact details along with the defined time frame
To keep track with FARMER (KAM) on general performance of new hunt (client) he has brought in the lab. Watch the competitor Activity.

Technical:

Technical knowledge about the Textile products testing.
Superficial knowledge on textile manufacture fiber to garment.
Exposure to international testing methods.
Skills on handling customers.
Working along with team.
Responsible and Honest.
