Assistant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our GCC team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience and develop leadership capabilities across various business functions. As an Assistant Manager you will undergo structured training, work on key projects, and gain exposure to different departments to build a strong foundation for a future leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational training program across various departments such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
  
• Assist department heads in planning and implementing strategic initiatives.
  
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Collaborate with teams to solve real-time business challenges and drive efficiency.
  
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.
  
• Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions to monitor progress.
  
• Undertake special assignments or projects as assigned by senior management.
