Position Overview: Member Management & Sales Executive

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Membership Sales & Revenue Growth:

    Build and nurture strong customer relationships to achieve membership sales targets and drive revenue.
  • Inbound & Outbound Sales Calls:

    Engage prospective members through calls and successfully convert leads into memberships.
  • Database Management:

    Maintain, update, and organize calling/mailing databases, ensuring accurate member records using CRM and Excel.
  • Program Execution:

    Manage membership programs, ensuring smooth operations and continuous enhancements.
  • Member Engagement:

    Conduct regular follow-ups with both new and existing members to boost engagement and retention.
  • Event Participation:

    Play an active role in member engagement activities, including both online and offline events.
  • Enhancing Membership Benefits:

    Identify opportunities to improve and expand membership offerings for greater value.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Soft Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High levels of perseverance, motivation, and attention to detail.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel for data management and tracking lead pipelines.
  • Experience in inside sales/telesales, particularly in membership or service-based sales.
  • Event management experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of successful sales conversions.
