About the Role

We’re looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic contracting team. You'll be responsible for establishing and managing strategic relationships with international hotels, restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, and destination management companies (DMCs).

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify, onboard, and negotiate with international hotels, restaurants, and DMC partners

🔹 Drive end-to-end contracting: commercials, rate mapping, exclusivity, and value-added offerings

🔹 Ensure competitive pricing, high-margin value deals, and unique experience curation

🔹 Collaborate with internal product, tech, and sales teams for seamless partner integration

🔹 Conduct frequent international travel for property visits, trade fairs, and relationship management

🔹 Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and SLAs for all contracted partners

Who You Are

✅ 2–6 years of experience in international contracting / supplier management / travel procurement

✅ Strong network or exposure in Southeast Asia, Europe, or Middle Eastern travel ecosystems

✅ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

✅ Hustler mindset with flexibility to travel extensively (15–20 days/month)

✅ Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities

✅ Preferred: Experience in OTA, travel startups, hospitality chains, or DMCs
