Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role also involves managing payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The Assistant Manager will work closely with management to develop HR policies and strategies that support the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Onboarding, and Performance Management
• Skills in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and Compliance
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
