Assistant Human Resources Manager

You will play a vital role in supporting the department's operations to ensure alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while consistently exceeding the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. As the Assistant Human Resources Manager, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the effective and seamless functioning of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager to execute Hyatt's People Philosophy across the hotel. An ideal candidate for this position would possess a university Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Additionally, a minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Assistant Human Resources Manager or 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager-Human Resources in a larger operation would be preferred.,
