Job Description

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager Shift Timing: Canada Shift (4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST approx.) (Felixible) Hybrid Model Experience: 9+ years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment for Canada-based requirements, including screening, interviews, and coordination. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires in North America. Support in maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and ensuring data accuracy. Address employee queries, escalate issues when needed, and support resolution of grievances. Generate HR reports and dashboards for leadership review. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to international or Canada/US processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRMS). Willingness to work during Canada business hours (evening/night IST).
