Assistant Hr And Administration Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and driving the final selection and onboarding process.
  
• Recruit for a variety of roles such as EdTech telesales, sales representatives, customer support executives, and other operational positions as per business requirements.
  
• Liaise with internal departments to understand manpower needs and support effective workforce planning.
  
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews while assessing candidates skills, experience, and overall fit.
  
• Maintain an active talent pipeline, regularly update hiring trackers, and monitor key recruitment metrics.
  
• Oversee documentation, background verification, and ensure compliance with HR processes and company policies.
  
• Support routine HR activities including attendance monitoring, basic payroll assistance, resolving employee queries, and managing joining and exit formalities.
  
• Identify gaps in the recruitment process and propose improvements to reduce hiring turnaround time.
  
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout each stage of the hiring journey.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of recruitment experience, ideally in EdTech, BPO, sales hiring, or telecalling roles
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently conduct interviews
  
• Capable of working with targets and meeting quick hiring deadlines across multiple positions
  
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and various sourcing platforms
  
• Solid understanding of HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and compliance
  
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several hiring mandates at once
  
• Self-motivated and able to take complete ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
  
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs
