Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Handle end to end recruitment from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to final selection and onboarding
Hire candidates for EdTech calling roles, sales roles, customer support, and other operational positions
Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and improve workforce planning
Conduct telephonic and in person interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
Maintain candidate pipeline, track hiring metrics, and update recruitment dashboards
Ensure proper documentation, background checks, and adherence to company HR policies
Execute HR activities like attendance management, basic payroll coordination, employee queries, and joining formalities
Improve recruitment processes and reduce hiring turnaround time
Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Preferred Candidate Profile

At least 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in EdTech, BPO, sales hiring, or telecalling hiring
Strong communication skills and confidence in interviewing candidates
Ability to work under targets and deliver quick closures for multiple roles
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
Good understanding of HR processes like onboarding, documentation, and compliance
Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements
Self driven person who can take ownership without constant supervision
Comfortable working in a fast moving, high volume hiring environment
