Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. The role involves supervising daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness of hotel premises, managing laundry operations, maintaining guest satisfaction through excellent service, and coordinating with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will also assist in staff hiring and training where needed to ensure that efficiency and quality are achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Experience in Laundry operations and knowledge of proper procedures for managing laundry services.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address guest needs and ensure a positive experience.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with staff and guests.
• Experience in Hiring and training staff for housekeeping roles.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain high cleanliness and operational standards.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
