This is your opportunity to grow with Etech and make an impact on corporate learning. What You’ll Do: Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver training programs. Develop engaging training materials and adapt content for diverse learning styles. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and KPI tracking. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve training methods. What We Expect You to Have: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. 3-5 years of corporate training experience. Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
