Job Description

Designation - Assistant General Manager Sales (Site Head)

Key Responsibility

1. Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Drive overall sales performance at the site to achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to accelerate lead conversion and ensure consistent closures.
  • Monitor and optimize the sales funnel from inquiry to booking.

2. Launch & Pre-Launch Management

  • Take complete ownership of all pre-launch and launch stage activities for the project.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams to ensure all collaterals, pricing, offers, and site readiness are in place.
  • Conduct site readiness checks, team training, and pre-launch sales planning.
  • Lead the team during the project launch to ensure maximum bookings and visibility in the initial phase.

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise and guide Team Leaders and their respective sales executives.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions.
  • Ensure discipline, accountability, and professional conduct among all site staff.

4. Customer Engagement & Experience

  • Ensure every customer visit and site presentation is handled professionally.
  • Oversee negotiations and closure processes to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth booking experience.
  • Resolve customer issues in coordination with CRM and operations teams.

5. Operational Excellence & Coordination

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the site and sales office.
  • Maintain updated price lists, inventory sheets, and sales collaterals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for campaign support and documentation flow.

6. Reporting & MIS

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Share insights on customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities.

7. Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, and ethical selling practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand reputation at all times.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
  • 6–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or site management role
  • Prior experience in managing launch or pre-launch stages of residential or commercial projects preferred
