Assistant General Manager - Programs & Integration

As the AGM- BBS Program and Integration at Bunge, your role involves driving large, complex, multi-phased initiatives to deliver process improvement capabilities identified by BBS Leadership. You will play a critical role in initiating projects, defining structured plans, and leading cross-functional teams to focus on outcomes that provide business value and meet strategic objectives. You will receive broad guidance from top management and must demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability in a highly ambiguous environment within BBS. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with BBS Leaders to identify initiatives aligned with key business priorities. - Own and execute end-to-end strategic initiatives, partnering with the senior leadership team. - Develop detailed implementation project plans with timelines and ownership. - Lead non-IT transition projects for BBS in North America, Europe, and Asia. - Support solution design and due diligence efforts for large transformation programs. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage transition deliverables. - Mentor and guide new team members on BBS transition and transformation methodology. **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience in finance and trade operations for agri-commodities and fertilizers. - MBA or Masters in finance or international trade. - Certification as a Scrum Master or PMP is preferred.
