Assistant General Manager - Programs & Integration

As an AGM- BBS Program and Integration at Bunge, your role is crucial in driving large, complex, multi-phased initiatives to deliver process improvement capabilities identified by BBS Leadership. You will play a critical role in initiating projects, defining structures, and building deliverable-based plans, leading cross-functional teams towards outcomes that have business value and meet strategic objectives. Your role requires a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability in a highly ambiguous environment within BBS. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with BBS Leaders to identify initiatives aligned with key business priorities - Own and execute end-to-end one or more top-level key strategic initiatives, partnering with the senior leadership team as needed - Create detailed implementation project plans with timelines and ownerships - Lead all non-IT transition projects for BBS in North America, Europe, and Asia - Support solution design and due diligence efforts for large transformation programs - Align with multiple stakeholders to manage transition deliverables - Mentor and guide new team members on BBS transition and transformation methodology **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience in finance/Trade operations for agri-commodities and fertilizers (10+ years) - MBA/Masters in finance/international trade - Certified Scrum Master/PMP Certified preferred As part of Bunge, a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients, you will contribute to creating sustainable products and opportunities for farmers and consumers across the globe.
