Assistant General Manager

Job description Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic plans for administrative and logistical operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery. - Oversee daily administrative operations, including office management, and logistics. - Manage resource allocation, budget planning, and performance metrics related to administration and logistics. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on operational initiatives and strategies. - Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to administrative functions and logistics management. - Monitor supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize performance. - Lead, mentor, and develop the administrative and logistics team to achieve their professional goals and enhance overall team performance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Proven experience of a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role, specifically in administration and logistics management. - Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and logistical processes. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions rapidly. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficient in using technology and software related to administration and logistics operations.
