Assistant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations:

  Manage daily accounting, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger, and cash handling.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Compliance & Audits:

  Ensure adherence to GAAP, internal policies, and external regulations; coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Assist in annual budget preparation and provide financial insights for planning.

• Team Management:

  Supervise accounting staff, provide training, and ensure efficient workflow.

• Cost Control:

  Identify cost-saving measures and optimize revenue streams.

• System Management:

  Maintain accounting software and systems, ensuring smooth operation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in hotel accounting or similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a C.A Qualified Professional.
