Job Description

Responsibilities:

Management and Administration: Oversee the daily operations of the IT Shared Service Center, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize service delivery and support business goals, in close coordination with the IT headquarters in Germany.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-oriented work environment.
Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing IT processes, implement best practices and new technologies to enhance efficiency, considering global standards and guidelines from the IT headquarters.
Incident and Problem Management: Quickly and effectively resolve IT disruptions, minimize downtime, and ensure business continuity.
Change Management: Manage changes to IT systems and processes, in close coordination with the IT headquarters in Germany, ensuring smooth implementation without negative impacts on business operations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Several years of experience in managing an IT Shared Service Center or a similar position in an international context.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL), experience in IT process optimization and project management.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze complex IT processes and develop efficient solutions.
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Hind i / Marathi or another regional language is advantageous. German language skills are also beneficial to facilitate communication with the IT headquarters.
Cultural: Several years of experience in working with a Germany based headquarter
