Job Role Description

• Ensures remote product support to customers and effective network communications with customers (by telephone, e-mail, and fax and documents accordingly).

• Plans and allocates resources.

• Prioritizes and assigns tasks to the team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows to ensure timely completion.

• Decides in-house troubleshooting for products and other related products to customers.

• Responds to operations related enquiries, or troubleshoots customer complaints, as an escalation point of contact

. • Proposes and / or implements active programs to increase customer satisfaction.

• Contributes in recommending product needs of the customer to product design group.

• Leads the team functionally or disciplinary
