Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced AGM – Operations to lead and manage complete operations at our Parwanoo facility. The role involves handling a workforce of 50–60 members, ensuring smooth processes, team productivity, and achievement of business goals. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end operations and ensure efficiency. Lead, guide, and manage a team of 50–60 employees. Drive process improvements, quality standards, and cost optimization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure compliance. Report to senior management with operational updates and strategies. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate with 20+ years of operations experience. Proven leadership in managing large teams. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
