We are rapidly expanding our global footprint and are focused on delivering high-performance BPO solutions aligned with our clients' business objectives.


Role Overview:

360 Bytes Tech Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented AGM – New BPO Acquisition & Operations Head to lead our domestic and international BPO initiatives. This leadership role involves both client acquisition (fixed billing projects) and operational execution across large teams. The ideal candidate should have experience managing high-volume BPOs (500+ seats) and driving performance aligned with SLAs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition of new BPO projects—both domestic and international, specifically with fixed billing models.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Plan and execute seamless transition and integration of new accounts into operations.
  • Manage end-to-end BPO operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and optimize performance of 500+ seat operations, including staffing, resource allocation, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including HR, Quality, Training, and Client Servicing.
  • Drive operational strategy, continuous improvement, and cost-effective delivery.
  • Present performance reports and operational insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends to identify growth and improvement opportunities.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in BPO project acquisition, particularly fixed billing contracts.
  • Solid background in managing large-scale operations (500+ seats) across domestic and international clients.
  • Strong knowledge of SLA-driven service delivery, workforce management, and quality control.
  • Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, client negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to scale operations and lead high-performing teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Exposure to both client-facing and back-end operations is essential.
