Assistant Finance Manager

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Capital Market Operations with exposure to Institutional Broking. A CA or MBA in Finance is preferred for this role. You should possess a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cash management activities, including fund handling across multiple accounts, exchange-related operations, and collateral management. Experience in trade booking, handling regulatory returns/filings, and reconciliation processes is required. You should have previous experience working with Indian-based broking houses or MNC institutional brokers. It is essential to have a good understanding of upstream and downstream trade processes to effectively perform tasks related to Capital market trade enrichments, booking, F&O trade processing, clearing and settlement of BSE & NSE exchange. Your responsibilities will include Cash Management tasks such as cash flow preparation, brokerage posting, and settlement. You will ensure the movement of funds from client bank accounts, monitor and optimize daily client cash flow, and liquidity levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for Collateral Management tasks which include posting manual JV entries for trade-related postings and reconciliations such as Clearing House Commission reconciliation. You will also be required to manage banking relationships with all banks, ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports to regulators, and support audit activities by providing necessary details to auditors. Identifying opportunities to enhance financial systems, processes, and reporting tools is an integral part of this role. You may also lead or participate in system implementations and process improvements. The working hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.,
