Assistant Facility Manager - Technical

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Facility Manager - Technical should possess a minimum qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering. It is required to have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant industry experience, with preference given to those holding an Electrical license, specifically categories B or C. The candidate should demonstrate a solid understanding of electrical operations and maintenance, focusing on essential equipment such as transformers, HT panels (11KV), VCB, ACB, UPS, diesel generators, lifts, and other auxiliary devices. Proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and performing minor repairs is essential. Additionally, the ability to oversee HVAC systems, sewage treatment plants (STP), and water treatment plants (WTP) is crucial. Candidates are expected to have skills in incident management, environmental health and safety (EHS), energy management, and effective team management. Strong reporting and computer skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role. The candidate should hold a Diploma/ B.E / B.Tech (Electrical) qualification and have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in managing overall electrical operations. Possession of an Electrical C-License is mandatory. Proficiency in Tamil and Malayalam languages would be an added advantage.,
