Assistant Facility Manager

As a Facility Manager - Maintenance Mechanical, your role will involve overseeing the maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment in our facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems. - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians. - Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, including HVAC, plumbing, and equipment malfunctions. - Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field In addition to the above details, the job offers a monthly salary range of 40,000 - 42,000 INR in hand along with Provident Fund benefits.
