Assistant Facility Manager (Soft Services) Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Support Facility Manager:
Assist the Facility Manager in planning, organizing, and managing all soft services such as cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and security support.
Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate Soft Service Executives and service staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
Service Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that services meet client standards and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with external vendors and contractors providing soft services to ensure contract compliance, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
Client Interaction:
Serve as a point of contact for client representatives on daily operational matters, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain records related to service delivery, incidents, maintenance logs, and client feedback. Prepare periodic reports for the Facility Manager and client.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all soft services adhere to company policies, client requirements, and statutory regulations, including health and safety protocols.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within soft services operations.
