Role Overview: As an Assistant Facilities Manager, Soft Services at Work Dynamics, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees and visitors. You will be in charge of planning and executing preparations for meetings, conferences, client visits, and VIP visits. Additionally, overseeing the mailroom, front office, and housekeeping services will be part of your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily check-ins around the front office and lobby to maintain high standards and address any issues promptly. - Collaborate with vendors, review their services, and coordinate with them to resolve any service-related issues. - Provide input and ideas to enhance facility performance and contribute to steering the team in the right direction. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any discipline is essential for this role. - 5-7 years of experience in facilities management is preferred. - Tertiary qualifications in hotel management, building management, and/or business would be advantageous. - Strong team leadership skills are necessary to set up the team for success and work effectively as a team member to drive positive changes.
