Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile: Education: Graduate (any discipline); Experience: 4-5 years in administration / facilities, including guest handling and CMD-level support. Joining Time : Within one week Job Purpose: The Admin / Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the company’s administrative operations and physical infrastructure. The role includes overseeing building maintenance, office services, vendor management, security, and general administrative support to ensure a safe, functional, and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily administrative and facilities operations. Ensure office premises, equipment, and infrastructure are well maintained. Coordinate with vendors and service providers (housekeeping, security, catering, courier, etc.). Supervise housekeeping boys, front office, security, and transport teams, pantry staff Manage procurement of office supplies, furniture, and equipment. Organize company events, meetings, and visitor management as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
