Job Summary:

The MICE Executive / Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, incentive programs, meetings, and conferences. This role involves operational assistance, client coordination, vendor communication, and on-ground support to ensure each event runs smoothly and meets All 4 Season’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

planning and organization

Coordinate with clients

Liaise with vendors

cost sheets, proposals, and itineraries

budget tracking, documentation, and payment follow-ups

accurate files, checklists, and reports

on-site event assistance

post-event feedback

new destinations, suppliers, and trends

Key Skills and Competencies:

organizational and multitasking

interpersonal and communication

negotiation and coordination

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

detail, accuracy, and client service.

Positive attitude, team spirit

Qualifications & Experience:

· Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Hospitality, or Business Management.

· 1–4 years

domestic and international MICE operations

· Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered for the Assistant role.
