Assistant Engineering Manager - Aerospace

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be able to handle Aerospace Projects individually
• Supervise engineers, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
• Able to handle a team max up to the size of 6
• Should sound in manufacturing process like Sheetmetal manufacturing, Machining, Tooling and surface finishing process
• Should be strong in Drawing interpretation and GD&T, Fixturing and Gauging
• Knowledge in special process, Welding will add advantage
• Should have strong base in aerospace quality requirements and standards.
• Hands on experience in aerospace documentation
• PFMEA, Risk analysis and mitigation
• Can handle customers and stake holders

Experience:

• Min 8 years of experience in New product development
• Min 5 years of experience in Aerospace New product development and qualification
• Should have good knowledge in process selection and identification of key process characteristics.
• Should have Experience in PPAP & APQP procedures
• Strong people management & team player skills
• Can able to trouble shoot the issues
• Excellent Written and Oral English Communication skills
• Should adhere with AS9100 / ISO9001-2015

Qualification:

• BE / BTech / MTech or Diploma
