About the Role: Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet the company's operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities: Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management, to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and components. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Sales, Finance, and Quality Assurance, to forecast demand accurately and optimize production schedules. Lead the Order Management, establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring timely deliveries, OTD and adherence to quality standards. Negotiate with suppliers for the best possible payment terms. Lead Material Planning efforts for both imported and locally sourced materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels to support production and minimize supply chain disruptions. Prepare MIS for management on monthly basis on progress. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into the company's supply chain operations. Qualifications: Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management, preferably from Electronics and Wiring Harness Segment. BE (ECE/EEE) or a related to Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in supply chain management. Required Skills: Procurement experience in products like PCB, Connectors, Terminals, Cables, and Wire Harness. Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain operations, driving process improvements, and achieving cost savings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement innovative solutions. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
