Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager

You will be joining Avalon Technologies Limited, a prominent listed company in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector with a significant annual turnover exceeding Rs 1000+Cr. Our organization is known for its fully integrated capabilities in providing box build solutions, operating across multiple manufacturing plants in India and the US. Through a global delivery model, we cater to global original equipment manufacturers, offering a comprehensive suite of products and solutions ranging from PCB design to complete electronic system manufacture. As the Supply Chain Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies aligned with the company's operational and financial goals. This role entails overseeing procurement activities, collaborating with various departments to forecast demand accurately, managing order processes, and ensuring timely deliveries from suppliers. Additionally, you will be tasked with material planning to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize disruptions in the supply chain. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the Electronics and Wiring Harness Segment. A degree in BE (ECE/EEE) or a related field, or a master's degree in supply chain management, is required. Your skill set should include procurement expertise in key electronic components, a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in tools such as SAP and Microsoft Excel. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into our supply chain operations. Effective communication, negotiation, and team management skills are essential to collaborate with diverse teams and cultures successfully. Your role will involve preparing management reports regularly and driving process improvements to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.,
