1. Manpower planning and allocation.
2. Solve the line issues with line leaders.
3. Planned material movement/transaction from store to conveyor area according to plan.
4. Hourly production monitoring with line leaders.
5. Provide the weekly kaizen in the conveyor area.
6. Train the new operator.
7. Strictly insist to follow the 5s in the conveyor line.
8. Update the ERP entry before leaving the floor.
9. Clear the WIP with in a days.
10. Clear the finished goods in the line and follow to pack the material with packing department.
11. Achieve the fixed production target
12. Eliminate the non value added activity by introducing the new system in the line.
13. Monitoring the line losses.
14. Route card traceability.
15. Line monitoring/scrap controlling, avoid the rejection.
16. Rejection analysis and achieve zero rejection in line.
